1. SKYLIGHT 10 POINT TUNE UP: If your skylight is in the range of 5 years old or less and leaks only occasionally or intermittently, our 10 Point Tune Up may be the solution for your skylight challenge.

Includes:
- Inspect the glass (lens).
- Inspect the glazing seals.
- Inspect the curb.
- Inspect the flashing.
- Inspect the mechanicals, if any.
- Inspect the contiguous roof area.
- We will clean the exterior glass.
- We apply “glass protectant” solution to the exterior glass.
- We will lubricate mechanicals, if any.
- We will reseal the flashings.
90 Day Warranty
Includes 10 Point Tune Up plus the following:
- Remove contiguous roof shingles.
- Apply ice and water barrier.
- Replace Shingles – color match not guaranteed. If homeowner can provide shingles a color match can be assured.
One Year Workmanship Warranty

Typically if your house or skylight is 12-15 years or older and your skylight is leaking consistently the decision to replace your skylight might be the wisest choice. If you decide to repair, it may be the lowest cost option in the short run, but you may find yourself throwing away your hard earned money by frequently repairing a skylight system that has surpassed its lifespan.
